Double Occupancy -

Daily rate is from £37.50 per person per night, 2nd and subsequent nights £32.50 per person per night.

 Single Occupancy -

Daily rate is from £40 per night.

Packed Lunches -

from £3.50 per person including a drink

Bicycles -

 free to use at your own risk

CANCELLATION POLICY

We are sorry but we do have to charge for cancelled bookings.

Therefore we do advise you to take out your own cancellation insurance.

If you do have to cancel then please note that the full deposit is forfeited if you give at least 24 hours notice to us. If you give 24 hours notice of cancellation (or less) then the full cost of the whole booking becomes liable for payment We will do our best to re-let the cancelled room/s and If we do manage to re-let the room/s then obviously we will reimburse you.Thank you.

All property  left in rooms is at your own risk and no responsibility can be accepted for lost or damaged items .
